At Monday Roots, we honour a way of living through intention — where movement, creativity, and nourishment are deeply intertwined.
What began in back in 2017 with a passion for all things cycling. now returning after almost a decade. Over time, I've grown and evolved and with this I've stopped trying to define myself, my space, my craft, my passions and hobbies.
Because the truth is — I don’t fit into just one box and I'm exhausted trying to.
This space is about moving through the world in a way that feels real. Movement that lives in the body — whether that’s riding, hiking, paddling, or meeting yourself on the mat. It’s about nourishment in its fullest sense — not only with what we eat, but how we live, how we listen, how we connect and how we create USING the KNOWLEDGE GAIned THROUGH experiences that make up our unique books, our story.
A life lived close to nature — full of adventure, curiosity, and a willingness to push personal limits. Sometimes that happens out in the elements, exposed and expansive. Sometimes it happens quietly indoors, in stillness through self-study.
