At Monday Roots, we honour a way of living with intention — where movement, creativity, and nourishment are deeply intertwined.
What began with a passion for cycling COMING UP A DECADE AGO, has grown into so much more Over time, I've evolved, I've stopped trying to define myself, my space, my craft, my passions and hobbies.
Because the truth is — I don’t fit into just one box and I'm exhausted trying to.
This space is about moving through the world in a way that feels real. Movement that lives in the body — whether that’s riding, hiking, paddling, or meeting yourself on the mat. It’s about nourishment in its fullest sense — not only with what we eat, but how we live, how we listen, how we connect, how we create with intention USING the KNOWLEDGE GAINED ON THE pages THROUGH experiences that make up our unique book.
A life lived close to nature — full of adventure, curiosity, and a willingness to push personal limits. Sometimes that happens out in the elements, exposed and expansive. Sometimes it happens quietly indoors, in stillness and self-study.
